#ILoveGay Today meets up with Missy Spears, Executive Director of QueerKentucky.com. Join us as we chat about an event they are producing, Bourbon & Belonging: Kentucky’s Queer Bourbon Week - Oct 2-6, 2024. Hosted by Queer Kentucky, this week-long celebration will feature tastings, tours, and gatherings designed to showcase Kentucky’s rich bourbon and southern hospitality, to LGBTQ+ visitors from around the world. This week-long event was inspired by “Gay Wine Weekend” in Sonoma and “QueerBeerFest'' in Washington DC. Participants will be offered a range of activities, tastings, and gatherings designed to foster safety, belonging, and togetherness while raising vital funds for Queer Kentucky and other Kentucky-based LGBTQ+ community service organizations. #BourbonAndBelonging
