#ILoveGay Today - Provincetown Business Guild

#ILoveGay Today meets up with Carmen da Silva and Trevor Pittinger of the Provincetown Business Guild. Join us as we chat about the work they've done since 1978 in promoting LGBTQ+ tourism to Provincetown. They have focused on events through the years, starting with Carnival and now including a wide variety of events, usually held during their peak summer season, including Bear Week, Women's Week, Trans Week and so much more. Considering how diverse Provincetown is, most events held here have a strong LGBTQ+ contingent, as do many of the local businesses ranging from restaurants to bars, boutique shops to art galleries. It's in this diversity and team effort that allows them to work closely with the Provincetown Office of Tourism, including their outreach at LGBTQ+ tourism conferences and conventions.
