I'm a generalist & proud of it, episode #115

One thing that I've shied away from in my business is sharing my fullness....because the honest to goodness truth is I'm good at a LOT of things.But there's a negative connotation around being a generalist (ie jack of all trades, master of none).It's why my clients come to me & it led to me to creating a bigger movement and method....because you don't need one thing in business....and when you work with specialist coaches it can be difficult to integrate or make it all cohesive.In chats with a couple of my mentors - Jazze Jervis & Emma Dunwoody this week I had a moment of truth.
