"I'm a recovering, undercover Over Lover.." Unlearning Codependency & Self Dating

Hey babes! This week's episode was an emotional roller coaster for your homegirl as we take a journey into personal vulnerability in preference to those who may be like me, that struggle with former or current “undercover over lovers” in love and relationships. As we begin into 2023 I would like us to be more honest with ourselves, whether you have someone in your life or yourself with a very anxious, insecure and disorganized attachment; we should be able to create security amongst ourselves to understand our needs and desire for security within our relationships.  We also will be discussing the different ways to show up for yourself and self dating, whether you are single or in a relationship or just an any connection because that self independence and love keeps us connected and completed without the dependency of others to provide that for us.
