Today's guest is a man who has put in the WORK. Jeff is a Scaffolder by trade who owns his own Scaffold Company in Lethbridge, Upper Limit Scaffolding, while working away at a facility in the Oilsands in Fort McMurray. He signed up when I first put my out my offer for online coaching clients at a time when it was it was either pack his bags in his marriage or do something about it. He chose to fight for his marriage and himself. We discuss the PIT and where he started when we started working together to where he is now. How the conversations on motorcycle trips has changed along with his relationships with both his kids and his spouse. This is a conversation that discusses the damage of working away for 12 years and not dealing/taking accountability for that decision.
