I'm being forced to do what I can rather than what I love…

Too many people feel like they have to choose between what they love and being 'responsible providers' for their family. Let's explore ways to do both. Questions: 1. My oldest son is Interested in real estate but I'm hesitant to encourage him because of my own experience. 4. Is it wise to go into debt to receive mentoring / coaching on how to better leverage and start your business? 5. My day job is soul-crushing but provides 80% of my income. My side job is life-giving but provides 20% of my income. 6. I've been working in the healthcare industry for over 25 years as a physician.
