It's like there is no middle ground. When i'm being good and following my meal plan, I usually always feel hungry after I get done eating..but in a moment of weakness when I say to heck with my meal plan, I find myself eating until I am so stuffed. I'm just so tired of feeling hungry all the time. But I also feel so guilty and mad at myself for stuffing myself until I'm uncomfortably full. If you can relate, this episode is for you. Often times, it can be a simple fix of simply adding more food throughout the day. Other times, it can be that your relationship with food needs a little TLC. And most often, it's both.
