I'm not advocating negativity on they did not get the memo

My mother was murdered when I was three I was supposed to get her social security I'm just asking a question think how many other children did not know about this program that social security set up to take care of The offspring of the deceased and I know I wasn't the only child I'm sure there are millions of them but never collected their money from their parents that worked that died so in my mind there is a surplus not a deficit or deficiency in money but what do I know I'm not in the treasury department but it makes sense to me if a whole bunch of people never got their due financially from social security there's no way there could be a lack of funds in social security I mean what do I know it's just a theory
