I'm not paying $400 for an A.I. "pet" to kill me.

from ROCK MORNINGS · host Brian Simpson

It's our final week with Scott Robert Shaw in the newsroom as he is set to retire this Wednesday. This week's "Monday Morning Throwback" took a look at some of his best stuff from the last couple of years. We also recapped our weekends and got an update on the Fravel case. Talked about the Packers win yesterday, along with the Badgers win on Saturday & we also took a look at this weekend's MLB playoff action. Great story about a football team that worked with the opposing team to make sure one player had an incredible memory to cherish forever, and an amazing dog that rescued his owner who was buried by a mudslide in NC. Have you heard about these new A.I. "pets" that cost about $400??? We announced this January's "Riverfront Revolt" at the La Crosse Center, and during today's "Bad News with Happy Music", we had stories about a sheriff that called the cops when his BK order was incorrect, a famous elk in Iowa that recently died, a man in Oklahoma who stole an emergency vehicle, a guy who got a DUI on a Power Wheels Jeep, a woman's body parts were found behind a house, a woman in MN who got busted for driving 100mph in a 55mph zone, a woman who gave birth in a brewery parking lot, a bunch of robot vacuums that got hacked, the actual cost of an arm & a leg, and a bunch of drugs were found in a bag that said "no drugs" on it.   See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
