We all want a clean permanent record. It’s why we are willing to pay more when we get a speeding ticket, don’t submit an accident to our car insurance and pay for repairs out of pocket – even when it’s more expensive, and do whatever to make sure our credit report is good. There are things that become part of our moral permanent record too. The things we are sorry for, feel guilty and ashamed about. The things we regret. How do we clear our moral permanent record?
