As a young man, Dave Bricker was inspired by the unique individuals in Miami’s “secret floating village,” a sailboat anchored off-shore from Miami City Hall. By the time he graduated college, he lived on his own sailboat and set sail for the Bahamas with dreams and $40. His voyages took him through the Bahamas, up the US east coast, and across the Atlantic to Gibraltar, facing various challenges and gathering stories. Today, Dave is a speaker, trainer, and coach, helping people tell their stories through writing, speaking, design, video, technology, and music. He's a member of the National Speakers Association, a board member of the Florida Speakers Association, and a Distinguished Toastmaster.
