Imagination, Decay & Catalyzing Change: The Vital Underworld

Recently, I was super sick TWICE in one month (thanks, February!). With that came a lot of deep reflection and time to really experience the sickness rippling through me, and as a result - we have this episode. When I recorded this, I still had kind of a fever, and I believe that some of these reflections and words came from the same space I'm describing myself and us collectively traversing: This transformative space of the underworld. As the environment feels the effects of this underworld moment, we are also feeling it in our psyches and our bodies, and it's important that we honor and carefully travel this space of transformation.
