Imagine Differently with guest Meena Ruchi

Episode 123   Meena Ruchi joins me to discuss growing up and fulfilling a role she was expected to play. Pleasing the family, pleasing her mentors, pleasing society, and never discovering who she really was. Experiencing anxiety became her sole source of motivation for most of her life and living was a huge struggle for her. She secretly held a deep fear of being unsafe which drove her to create a miserable life for herself for a long time. Anxiety, stress, burnout, despair and hopelessness and not realizing that these signals were trying to tell her that something is out of alignment on a deeper level.  In 2020 she found herself without work and in a position to face herself, maybe for the very first time. Feeling an intense fear of wasting time (wasting her life, wasting her potential, etc.) drove her to connect with a sense of purpose.  Meena believes that if she didn’t have that urgency she may not have had the desire to find a deeper reason for being here and may not have found the Akashic Records. The Akashic Records are what we call the 5th dimension, or superconscious mind. By learning to tap into this part of who she is at this different level of consciousness, Meena was able to connect to her potential in a deep way and illuminate the hidden fears that were holding her back from experiencing the fulfillment and contentment that she really wanted in life.
