Imagine living in a world where the computers start to think and act by and for themselves. Sounds scary, doesn’t it? Well, it happened...not in a movie but in real life and we learned about it yesterday. And the real scary part about this story is that it frightened the scientists and developer. When the people who put the thing together get upset...then you have a right to be scared. And, based upon the news story, they don’t seem to have a real ‘fix’ for this problem. Why can’t they simply pull the plug? Apparently, it’s so smart, it’s already built a ‘work-around’ for that. We talk about this and much more on today’s program.
