On est à 921.000 transactions fin septembre contre 832.000 un an plus tôt, c'est en hausse de 11%. Mais je rappelle qu'on dépassait le million d'achats en 2020. Le nombre de crédits immobiliers a bondi de 37% selon la Banque de France depuis le début de l'année parce que les taux se sont stabilisés. On est aux alentours de 3,09% sur 20 ans.
