Immy Plays Rugby
from Adventures from the North Pole - Full Cast Hosted by Santa’s Workshop
Immy has read about rugby. Now she wants to feel a pass arrive in her hands and send one on to Jasper. With Lockie showing her slowly, she discovers that knowing the instructions and letting go of the ball take different kinds of practice. On a dry, cleared patch of Lantern Square, the three friends try gentle passes at walking pace. Jasper keeps his hands ready, Lockie scales his grand plan down to two passes, and Immy asks to see the bit she keeps missing. No tackling or racing: just a ball, two chalk marks and another try.
