Impala Bafokeng Platinum is threatening legal action against any employee who participates in an illegal underground protest. Disgruntled Impala mineworkers are reportedly planning an underground sit-in due to several issues with the mine and labour union, NUM. One major concern for the workers is the 140 million allegedly spent by the union on buying shares in the mine. Sakina Kamwendo spoke to SABC reporter Sashin Naidoo
