Send us Fan MailSpooky Season continues! Krysti leads off with the Imperial Hotel, thank you Kitten!  This hotel was built in the 1860s in Picton and was then converted to a hospital shortly after. This made the change to a hotel once again and some of the hospital patients never left. Tori continues on smartly with yet another cemetery, shocker right? St. Louis Cemetery #1 in New Orleans is an iconic landmark in a city full of spooky stories. This was one of the first cemeteries that required the above ground burial. This is also the final resting place of the Voodoo Queen herself, Marie Laveau. She and many other apparitions still frequent this city of the dead. Tours of St. Louis #1 are still available but need to be gotten from licensed vendors. Krysti brings it back to her old stomping ground and tell us more Athens spooky stories. Wilson Hall is supposed to be at the center of the Athens pentagram, note the word supposed in that sentence. Wilson Hall room 428 is now sealed shut, this was used as boiler room before it was sealed completely. The rumors of poltergeist behavior and student deaths in this room are passed on this day to incoming freshman.
