I wanted this track to do something a little different. Peak Weapon Blueprint is basically me opening up the construction of an Imperial House track and letting you hear how I think about building one from the ground up. It gives a talks through of the process as the track develops — kick, reverse bass, rolling psy bass, triple bounce, lead, breakdown, build, drop and outro — while I try to get the music to demonstrate those ideas in real time. It isn’t meant to be a perfect production tutorial. It is more of a creative experiment and a little look behind the curtain at how I approach energy, structure and movement when I’m building something for the dancefloor. Every pause or instruction is not exactly on point, but the result sounded good, the idea came across, and that was enough for me. So rather than overworking it, I’m putting it out here as-is. A blueprint. A weapon. And a small glimpse into how I build Imperial House. — DJ Dreamweaver 🔱
