Most trainers don’t have the skills of being able to leverage their time or leverage momentum. Because of this, they are not making as much progress in their business as they could be. When you are trying to build up momentum and keep your flow going, you can’t be going out every single weekend and partying. That breaks the momentum that you built up during the week. And on average it takes about 2-3 days for you to get back into a solid working flow. So you do have to pick and choose when you want to break your momentum, and this relates to what I talked about on Monday. If you want to be as effective as possible you might have to sacrifice a few weekends in a row to get a good steady flow going. By doing this, when a bigger experience or event comes along you can jump on the opportunity because you know you’ve been putting in the work and your business shouldn’t suffer. I call this “Going into the Vortex”
