Implementing Refinement and Relaxation: A Mid Year Check In

from Healing is Hilarious with Rachel LaForce · host Rachel LaForce

June? It's June? What have we all been doing for six months? Great question! Today I sat down for a quick catch-up-chat about how now is the perfect opportunity to implement refinement and relaxation into your routines and life. We're half way through the year and I have dubbed 2022 "The Year of Commitment". After two years of transitions and shakes ups, the energy feels fresh. An entry way into what's next. "Success" comes from a place of relaxation. We've elected Presidents because of a narrative that they would be "great to have a beer with". That is relaxation. A inner knowing and trust. How can you find places to relax within your goals? How can you create lightness. Turning your trust into commitment, where can you refine what you're building? Prune the overgrowth of Spring and release control while still staying committed and determined? . . . Oh, I don't have an answer. I'm asking. Ha! Wherever you are in your year, I hope you're finding joy in this summer energy and utilizing your potential for happiness.
