Implicit Bias and Diversity Training | How Implicit Bias ACTUALLY Works in Neuroscience   Implicit bias, diversity, and inclusion are hot topics in Western society. Often, the implicit association test (IAT) is used as the implicit bias test for implicit bias training. In this episode, I give the definition of implicit bias and discuss the neuroscience, psychology, and sociology of implicit and unconscious bias in the workplace. I break down the types of implicit and unconscious bias and its stereotypes by using Daniel Kahneman’s Thinking Fast and Slow. This diversity and bias training/workshop also covered the big five personality traits.
