Importance of Patient Information in a Consultation

Dr Charlotte Middleton, Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery, Diploma in Child Health is an Integrative Medical Practitioner specialising in Maternity, Pediatric, Nutritional and Environmental Medicine. Graduating in 1997, she has worked in Neonatal, Paediatric and Maternity Health in various hospitals around Australia. Dr Middleton first joined the practice in 2013 through the Registrar program. After a short time away Dr Middleton returned to the practice in February 2015.
