I've been working a broker/developer in the single family space for 9 years building neighborhoods of 50 and 60 homes at a time. While finishing up the 1st phase of my last project, I did some quick math on the mobile home park next door and quickly found out that they were passively bringing in about the same gross income per month that we were projecting for the entire year building 20 luxury homes and all the management and headache that comes along with that.
