They work in-house with companies to retain high potential staff, running programs around confidence, negotiation & fostering an inclusive workplace.   Meggie also lectures at Columbia University & Barnard College. In her former life, she was an award-winning journalist turned entrepreneur. She spent 15 years as a journalist & Foreign Correspondent. Traveling from Syria to Italy telling stories for networks including BBC World, CNBC, Channel 7 & Vogue.
