Keith Saltojanes is an Author, Improviser and Podcaster based in Los Angeles. He founded Improv LA and tours *the world* teaching and sharing the gospel of improv. I literally refer to him as an Improv Missionary in this conversation. In Keith's book, The Improv Mindset he breaks down all of the ways improv mirrors life. He highlights not only how easy these principles are for us all to adopt ,but also how profoundly transformative they can be.
