Yes, And we had an amazing conversation. This one goes out to all my little artist hearts, the misfits and theater kids. Keith is so disarming and present, talking with him about one of the loves of my life (improvisational comedy) was an absolute joy. Keith Saltojanes is an Author, Improviser and Podcaster based in Los Angeles. He founded Improv LA and tours *the world* teaching and sharing the gospel of improv. I literally refer to him as an Improv Missionary in this conversation. In Keith's book, The Improv Mindset he breaks down all of the ways improv mirrors life. He highlights not only how easy these principles are for us all to adopt ,but also how profoundly transformative they can be. Plus he remembers and speaks so fondly of a sketch I did from 2017 soooo you know I'm into it. LOLZ.
