Improve your Process with Iteration

In robotics camp, we did a process activity where campers would write out a process for a mentor to grab a cup of water and drink it. It never turned out the way we intended, but that was the fun part. We had to iterate and rewrite directions until we achieved our goal. The key takeaway? Continuously iterate and improve your processes until you achieve your goals. #ProcessImprovement #RoboticsCamp #Iteration ➡️ CHAPTERS 00:00 Grant Carlile #design #startup #running #robotics #ecosystem #education #strategy 00:10 Process activity 00:20 Grab a cup of water 00:30 They would have to iterate 00:40 Continuing to iterate _____________ 📚 RESOURCES Curated templates and frameworks: https://www.grantcarlile.com/resources _____________ 🧔🏽 ABOUT GRANT Design is my approach, alignment is my goal.
