Bo Hanson is a 4-time Olympian and 3-time medalist in rowing for Team Australia. In 1992, at the age of 18, Bo Hanson's first appearance saw him become Australia's youngest rower to compete at the Olympic Games. Utilizing personal experiences from these Olympic appearances combined with his training and development qualifications, Bo founded Athlete Assessments with a vision to enable athletes, coaches, and sporting organizations to achieve peak performance through the world's first sport-specific DISC Behavioral Profiling tool. Now, 15 years later, Bo has worked with more than 200,000 individuals and sporting organizations across the world, spanning over 40 different sports. Continuing his passion for development and education, Bo continues to work closely with coaches, athletes, and sport administrators, as well as business leaders, building behavioral awareness through various development programs. His ability to improve coaching strategies and performance is measured through the success of his clients, with results of over 21 National Championships, Olympic medals, and Pro team Premierships.
