Este impuesto afecta contratos o documentos con efectos en el país con un valor superior a 6.000 Unidades de Valor Tributario (UVT), lo que equivale a aproximadamente 298 millones de pesos. Es importante tener en cuenta que hay excepciones y se debe analizar cada caso detalladamente para asegurar su cumplimiento. La tarifa estará vigente hasta el 31 de diciembre de 2025.
