I worked in several key leadership roles throughout its growth, and when we reached a critical point of change in the business, I stepped back, leaving it in the hands of a new CEO.Unfortunately, things didn't work out. To cut a long story short, my co-founder and I took back the reins and worked with a business coach who mentored us in implementing the Entrepreneurial Operating SystemTM (EOS) that ultimately turned things around.I was hooked, seeing how impactful EOS was in my own business led me to create Pinnacle Traction.It's just that I have a different way of doing things.
