Great to meet you! I am Chris Wildeboer and I am passionate about working with teams by helping them to actively engage with their work environment so they not only achieve but also exceed their performance expectations. I help them to learn the skills to be communication more effectively, make critical decisions with ease and be more productive.I work with managers to identify the outcomes they want their team to achieve; and then I work with their team to ensure they can deliver what is expected of them. I ensure everyone in the team feels heard and supported.By identifying strengths within the team, a connected focus and commitment is established resulting in every individual achieving the demands of their role. When a team is under pressure there is often a lack of productivity and ineffective communication. By instilling individual responsibility, self initiative and the skills to maintain effectiveness, the team outcomes are achieved above and beyond what is expected.
