Graham Hasting-Evans is the chief executive of NOCN Group which is an international and UK based education and skills charity who works with employers to support them to up-skill their workforces, support individuals to obtain certified and credentialed skills to gain employment and advance their careers. Graham is the President of the British Association of Construction Heads (BACH) and Chair of the Association of Employment and Learning Providers (AELP) Construction Sector Forum.
