In Conversation Show

The In Conversation Show with your hosts Andrea, Antonia, Phoenix,Avril, Hunter and Amanda Jayne. This week we discussed the issues of dead naming and whatexperience we as individuals have experienced or not as the case may be, howdoes it impact on our daily lives. Some of us have not issues whilst others do,but the discussion led to how is it that the police can call you regarding a non-transrelated issue and ask for you by a dead name even when the issues was raisedwithout that name ever being given, we discussed the impacts of AI and what acertain world leader wishes to call it from now on……… I wonder who that couldbe. We discussed the Liberal Democrats vote on policy to includea more trans positive stance and calling the EHRC guidance both wrong andunworkable and declaring that they would rectify this if they get elected. But ingeneral how now with 2 main parties now showing a trans positive stance, couldthis be time for the Overton window to start moving back to the centre awayfrom right leaning. And many more subjects.
