Sonia Trigueros is a former University of Oxford Nanoscience professor and the founder of NIVD World, a medical equipment manufacturing company that is developing pre-symptomatic diagnostic technology for diseases, which works by utilising nano-sensors. In 2008, Sonia co-founded the Oxford Martin Programme on Nanotechnology and Nanomedicine, researching how chemotherapy could eventually be replaced by Nanomedicine in the treatment of cancers.
