Having been responsible for driving large operational efficiency and excellence programs at Bendigo and Adelaide Bank, Robyn has a demonstrated and proven track record in leading and driving high-performance across large, multi-functional teams focusing on fostering a proactive risk culture, continuous improvement, operational excellence, empowerment, and project/policy delivery.
