Previously, Alan was a partner at Quantum Energy Partners, a multibillion dollar PE firm, where his successes included the turnaround of Quantum Resources and taking QR Energy public back in 2010.  QR Energy was merged into Brietburn Energy in 2014 at a $3 billion valuation. In 2017, Alan was inducted into the All-American Wildcatter’s, a private organization that honors those who have achieved success “wildcatting” in the oil and gas business.
