In Defense of Millennials and Gen Z

Lazy, entitled, whiny and soft. They are known as snowflakes, but are Millennials and Gen Z really as terrible as Boomers and Gen X say? In short, they may be, but they are the result of failures on the part of those that came before them who should have better prepared them for the road they must travel.
