Our special guest for this episode is Suzanne Lindsay-Walker, VP of sustainability at aluminium giant Novelis. Suzanne joined Novelis in 2021, having previously spearheaded corporate sustainability strategies for delivery firm UPS, logistics giant Brambles and retailers Kroger and Petsmart. She is currently responsible for the delivery of Novelis 3x30 – an ambitious integrated sustainability and business growth strategy covering process decarbonisation, the circular economy and first-mover investments in new technologies. She shares her views on moving sustainability into the strategic functions of business, and her learnings on remaining resilient and cutting through the noise.
