In Praise Of Horror

Acomi and Turk182 discuss a strange and possibly troubling comment made about horror movies. Just before his self implosion, former YouTuber In Praise of Shadows made the statement that horror movies are about love. Being a fan of horror movies, and basing his now defunct YouTube channel around them, it'd be easy to take the comment at face value. But, the declaration didn't sit right with Acomi and decided to ask Turk what his thoughts were. "Horror movies are about love." While there can be elements of love found in particular horror movies, the genre itself doesn't lean that way. Or, does it?
