With each step, the fear grew, seeping into your bones as bitterly as the cold. Your quarry, Krampus. Every year, he makes his descent from the mountain in search of the naughty children. Every year they are taken, and the night is filled with the soft weeping for the loss of loved ones. This year, he took your sibling. A silly mistake over an unrealistic rule and an angry, unfair guardian condemned them to the grasp of the Krampus. However, unlike the other villagers who simply accepted the loss as part of life, you were determined to get them back.
