In Technocolor live at 24 Moons Melbourne

"Somewhere between dreams and reality, between the conscious and the unconscious world, we visit a strange place resembling a forest. We are surrounded by trees, animals, rocks, and clouds, and from this environment appear strange, fantastical creatures that resemble something familiar, yet not of this world. A lion with the head of an eagle, a jaguar with huge soaring wings and the tail of a snake, a rooster with bull’s horns… these creatures and more swirl around us all chanting one word: “Alebrije” and yet we are not afraid. These spirits are here to protect us, and everything is illuminated in radiant neon technocolour." On the 23rd of August, 2019, Wild Love and Anomali collaborated to host this otherworldly event at the legendary 24 Moons in Melbourne. This is the live recording of my set from the night, which steps quickly into the heavier sounds of techno while retaining melodic and soulful qualities.
