They start of the show by talking about the career of Jose Aldo, the former UFC featherweight champion, who retired this weekend. They then break down the latest UFC show from the Apex which featured Cory Sandhagen finishing Sadong Yong in the 4th round of a pivotal fight at bantamweight. It was a great event that showed how UFC sometimes does pro wrestling better than WWE or AEW. With no UFC this coming weekend the guys talk a little bit about the Bellator show from Ireland on Friday that has absolutely no buzz, featuring Benson Henderson in the main event and Yoel Romero and Melvin Manhoef in the co-main.
