Ryan Frederick and Paul Fontaine are back to go over the week that was and is to come in the world of MMA. UFC had a forgetful show this past weekend from the Apex and the guys break it all down. Erin Blanchfield cementing herself as a flyweight title contender was really the only thing of note from that show. There's a busy weekend of MMA coming up and Paul runs down all the shows available on various streaming platforms before going over the UFC on ESPN+ show, again coming from the UFC Apex. Two big fights are of the card with Ryan Spann facing Nikita Krylov and Andre Muniz going up against Brendan Allen. There's a lot of other interesting fights as well and both Ryan and Paul give three fights to watch.
