This past weekend saw Arnold Allen become the beneficiary of an unfortunate injury stoppage of Calvin Kattar to put himself in position for a title eliminator at 145 in the main event of the ESPN+ show from the UFC Apex. The guys go over that whole show with their 3 stars and all the other news from the show. They then preview this coming weekend's UFC card, headlined by a key strawweight fight between Marina Rodriguez and Amanda Lemos as well as two big name welterweights in Neil Magny and Daniel Rodriguez squaring off in the co-main event. Paul also has his weekly UFC ROI picks, which have been doing very well lately. In a fun segment, Ryan and Paul talk about music they would use for their walkouts if they were fighters and also read off some suggestions from Facebook and Twitter on that subject as well.
