We're back at it with Buddy Hancock of Rocky Mount Smokehouse (or Buddy's BBQ as many would have it) and we had one hell of a conversation. It's been a while, as Buddy was one of our first 10 guests, but much as conspired since then. His restaurant has worked through a name change, more expansion, major events featuring celebrities, and more, but that's just part of it.
