In Touch with Freddi Hammer - Jeff Newman and ParkRun

“ParkRun” is a weekly 5k that takes place at more than 2,000 locations in 22 countries across six continents. There is a local “ParkRun” at the Susquehanna River Walk in Williamsport every Saturday morning. Event Director Jeff Newman shares information with Freddi Hammer about the 75th Anniversary of the “ParkRun” program coming up this summer, and how all are invited to the Susquehanna Riverwalk ParkRun every Saturday to walk, run, or jog at a free event that is organized by volunteers for the benefit of everyone.
