This four-week series, In Your Presence, draws inspiration from Bernadette Farrell’s beloved hymn Everyday God and its sacred refrain: “Everyday God… O Jesus… O Spirit… Come be with us.” Together, we’ll explore the nearness of God in ordinary life and difficult times—discovering the Holy not only in sanctuaries, but in our grief, our resistance, our relationships, our questions, and our hope for a more compassionate world. Each week centers on one movement of the hymn: Everyday God — finding divine presence in the chaos of everyday life O Jesus — encountering love that walks beside us in struggle and solidarity O Spirit — discovering courage, comfort, and breath for weary souls Come Be With Us — reclaiming community, communion, and sacred belonging in a fractured age Through prayer, reflection, and the sharing of communion, In Your Presence invites us to slow down long enough to remember this sacred truth: we are never abandoned, never unseen, and never beyond the reach of grace.
