Inclusive Businesses: Co-Created with and for People with Communication Difficulties Micro-credential

In this episode, University of Galway MicroCreds Project Lead, Emma Goode, meets with Dr. Clare Carroll to discuss a Micro-credential that takes a closer look at accessibility to businesses for people who communicate differently. This course will explore the concept and nature of communication accessibility, including a communication rights focus and explore practices of communication rights in customer facing businesses, and will equip people with the knowledge to make informed decisions about making their businesses accessible.
