Inclusive Leadership

How did an art museum in Baltimore make one small - but enormously radical - decision to challenge their inclusivity? But even the most diverse and equitable team is only as strong as their leader - and inclusive leadership is a skill that every manager can work to improve upon. Xavier speaks candidly about growing up in the “limbo” of an immigrant - not feeling like he truly belonged among his Puerto Rican family or his white schoolmates. Xavier turned this uncertainty into drive, graduating from High School at 15 and finding his purpose - to serve those in need - while in college. His work as a school teacher, advocate, and civil servant are all guided by giving voice to those who have none.
