Income inequality drives mass shootings more than any other single factor.
from Literally The Worst People in the World. · host Dermot Fenster
Easy access to guns sin certainly exacerbating the problem and common sense gun control is definitely a worthwhile effort, but we will not eliminate the driving force behind these shootings until we address the one problem that increases the severity and impact of all others: INCOME INEQUALITY. Republicans have intentionally inflicted a state of poverty on America that has the vast majority of us living paycheck-to-paycheck. Staring down the barrel of a life barren of any real prospects for a better future, more and more people are driven to a state of hopeless rage that ends up being focused on innocent victims as these hopeless, broken people decide to take as many people with them as they can. The Republican Party is directly responsible for ALL of the most influential drivers of mass shootings, especially income inequality.
